1. College degree or above, major in machinery, strong English ability is preferred.

2. Be familiar with the processing process of hardware stamping and machining parts, have a certain understanding of the structure, raw materials, manufacturing process and use of hardware products, and be able to independently produce PPAP documents.

3. Have good communication ability, arrange the introduction and trial production of new products, and have some experience in production guidance and on-site problem solving.

4. Be able to prepare SOP, PPAP, BOM and other process instructions, and put forward improvement proposals for production process and product performance.
